Douglas Radick is a NYC native who has lived his entire life in Metropolitan New York/New Jersey. After graduating from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, he gained experience working in a series of architectural offices that specialized respectively in: industrial, commercial, institutional and finally residential architecture.
Before becoming a solo practitioner, Douglas worked at two high-end residential architecture firms in Westchester County, NY – a repository of much diverse and beautiful architecture going back hundreds of years. His favorite architect, if he had to name one, would be Frank Lloyd Wright.
When not drawing and working, Douglas enjoys New York City, kayaking, cycling, photography and travel. He lives in an 1869 Second Empire Style home with his wife, daughter and two cats.
